BIOGRAPHY
John Byram has over 25 years of architectural design, production, and construction administration experience.
He is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and the American Institute of Architects. He currently serves on the Design Commission and Urban Forestry Advisory Committee for the City of Pasadena.
Mr. Byram is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Studies and has Masters in Architecture and City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
Consistently recognized for design excellence, Mr. Byram is the recipient of many professional awards, including a Design Excellence Award from the AIA Central Arizona Chapter, a Design Merit Award from the AIA Los Angeles Chapter, a Cornerstone Excellence Award from the Southern California Concrete Association, a Creative Design Award from the Pasadena Beautiful Foundation and an Outstanding Restaurant Design Award from the James A. Beard Foundation.
His work has been published in Domus, Dwell, New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Pasadena Star News.
